What do I need to enter the hotel and my room?

For every reservation, it is necessary to correctly fill out the registration. Based on this, a unique four-digit code will be generated for you, which will grant you access to both the hotel and your room.

 

Where can I find the entry code?

Our system automatically generates the entry code and sends it as a message, which you can find in the chat of your booking application (Booking, Airbnb, etc.) and in the email you provided during online registration.

 

When will I receive my entry code?

Check-in time is at 2:00 PM, and shortly before that, you will automatically receive your code via a message in the booking app chat (Booking, Airbnb, etc.) and via email (please check your spam folder as well).

 

What should I do if I arrive before 2:00 PM?

Our hotel does not have a reception, but you can wait at our partner establishment, Flemming’s Wine Bar.

 

Can I check in earlier than 2:00 PM?

In exceptional cases and by prior arrangement, your room may be ready for you earlier than 2:00 PM.

Our hotel is self-service, but we offer remote support with our operators over the phone at +420 776 255 922. We automatically send all necessary information via messages in your booking app chat (Booking, Airbnb, etc.) and to the email provided during the digital guest registration. Please pay attention to these messages, and in the case of email, be sure to check your spam folder just in case.

 

If someone else is arranging the accommodation registration for you—for instance, during a business trip—we recommend verifying the contact details they entered during registration. That is exactly where all the important information will be sent.
